Communication: a key to success
Overview
Gerry Munro is Head Teacher of Longhaugh Primary School in Dundee. As part of Longhaugh’s process of continuous improvement, Gerry set out to develop a Glow Group aimed at improving communications within the school. In this cookbook, Gerry will talk us through how the Longhaugh Staff Area Glow Group has become the first point of contact for staff when: looking for important information and documentation, sharing ideas, collaborating on planning activities, showcasing examples of practice or discussing where to go for the end of term lunch!

Inspiring. Great idea to work as a staff getting to know possibilities Glow has to offer and becoming familiar (and more confident) with managing the parts and pages before using in class.
